Brief Conference's history

Begins in 1993 г., когато  department of “Mechanics” at Engineering-Pedagogical Faculty – Sliven, оorganizes the First „National seminar on synthesys and analysys of mechanisms“. The seminar is initiated by prof. Penka Genova Phd in memorial to the founder of the founder of IFToMM and National association of TMM by NTS prof. Mihail Spirov Konstantinov.
The first seminar is organized in Karandila nearby Sliven. A desicion has been made this seminar to be organized every two years. Two National seminars with International attendance have been conducted - in 1995 and 1997.
Afte the union of the departments "Mechanics", "Machine engineering" и "Transport and energy engineering" within IPF – Sliven in the department “Mechanics, machine engineering and heat engineering”, The thematic of the seminar has been extended with tho more directions.
In 1999 in the village of Stara reka the first seminar with additional sections “Machine engineering” и “Applied fluids'mechanic, heat - and mass traffic”.
Increased interest toward this scientific forum caused its annual conduction.
Traditionally in the following six years the Seminnar had been held at the Sport - Touristic complex around the Dam of Zhrebchevo.
ПDuring 2001 - 2005, consequtevely had been held V, VI, VII, VIII и ІХ National Seminars of “Mechanisms' synthesys and analysys”.
Due to the active participation from the additional sections, the name of the Seminar had been changed twice in the following years.
Therefore in 2006 . at the Sport - Touristic complex nearby the Dam of Zhrebchevo had a been conducted The National conference with International attendance “Technical systems and technology 2006”. In the following 2007 had been held the same but in different location - Sliven .  
In 2008 The Conference is held in villag of Zheravna.
In 2009 and 2010 in a location called Bakadzhika nearby Yambol.
In 2011 is held at the Sport- Touristic complex nearby Zhrebchevo dam.  
In 2012 the Forus had been conducted under the name „Machine sciences“ at the complex „Gorski kat“  nearby Sliven.
Due to the inclusion of the scientific sections „Electrotechnics, Electronics and automatics“,  „Maths, physics and chemistry“, „Pedagogy and management“,  since 2013 the forum has been named „National conference with International attendance SLIVEN’2013“, and had been held as follows„Gorski kat“ in 2013 at hotel complex „Sport Palace“ in Sliven in 2014, 2015 и 2016 г.
In 2017 The conference had been held at the hotel complex„National Palace “ in Sliven.
In 2018 The conference had been held at the hotel complex „Saint Nikola“ in Sliven.
Since 2019 The name of the forum had been changed to „National conference with International attendance ENGINEERING AND NATURAL SCIENCES’“, in the same year the Conference starts with the commence of the Forum "TU - Sofia's Days of Science 2019" and had been held at the hotel complex „National Palace“ in Sliven.
In 2020 The Conference is held in correspondent form due to the Covid crisis.
In 2021 and 2022 , because of the Covid crisis, the Conference had been held under the auspices of the othe other conference that Faculty and College Sliven organizes - EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES.
In 2023 the Conference has been held in the University base of TU - Sofia "LAZUR" Sozopol.
In 2024 КThe conference is going to take place in the University base of TU - Sofia "LAZUR" Sozopol.
Despite the diferent names over the years, The National conference has been established as prefered place where scientists from different age and scientific fields get together. International attendance includes participants from France, Russia, Italy,Turkiye,  Vietnam, Iraq, Greece etc.
As an established tradition over the years the reports are being published in the scientific magazines ”Announcements of the union of scientists-Sliven” , ”Mechanics of the machine”, ”Machine engineering and machine science”, ”Heat engineering” .
